Videomenthe on the SATIS TV stage

Videomenthe recently participated in SATIS, the trade show dedicated to creation and technological innovations for media, entertainment and communication.

Muriel Le Bellac, the company’s CEO, took the opportunity to answer Nathalie Klimberg’s questions on the SATIS TV set!

Eolementhe, the Saas platform that also meets corporate needs

Muriel Le Bellac, Videomenthe’s CEO, is a guest on SATIS TV. She presents the developments of her French company. For the past twelve years, the company has been working with major broadcasters and, more recently, with corporate players.

Broadcast clients

France Télévisions, Arte, Adstream, INA, Euronews, Deluxe, BCE, the European Parliament and RFI have been working with Videomenthe for many years, but the software publisher is now also attracting corporate partners such as the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dell EMEA.

Videomenthe specializes in workflow solutions dedicated to media files, with support for file transfers over IP, transcoding farms, and quality control tools. As an editor, Videomenthe offers a range of professional solutions with software that fits within its collaborative media workflow platform Eolementhe.

« We are a distributor of media-oriented solutions with added value, support, configuration and training.  We have recently developed the potential of our collaborative web platform in SaaS mode, which now anchors our offer in the cloud… », comments Muriel Le Bellac.

New corporate partnerships

She then explains how and why Videomenthe’s offer, initially reserved for the television world, is gradually opening up to the corporate and digital selling sector.

This has attracted large organizations that use video to communicate internally or externally and that find the collaborative aspect of Eolementhe very easy to set up.

«At the beginning, we proposed above all a platform to prepare content before broadcasting, with the possibility of transcribing, doing quality control and then delivering the content on multiple storage media.

Then, we started working on multilingual subtitling issues, with a mix of automatic tools and human verification, while remaining within a business logic.

The approach allows us to go very quickly to post information and videos with multilingual subtitles, which appeals to the corporate sector, particularly for online webinars. We also offer a module for producing capsules directly from laptops as quickly as possible», explains Muriel Le Bellac.

She continues to develop the platform to make it a powerful operational tool from A to Z, from creation to delivery of publications.
